At the Commercial Drive Coffee Company, we wanted to make sure that one of offerings was going to be a decaf and we wanted to get a decaf that one we would be able to enjoy ourselves and one that was decaffeinated in the least offensive manner.
Our Woodland Organic Ground Decaf is a blend of organic Central and South American coffee beans. This roast is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, an ecology-friendly water decaffeination process that allows us to make this roast 99.9% caffeine free.
